This paper focus the regulation established in the Law 12/2015, June 24 for granting the Spanish nationality to the Sephardic originating from Spain. The first part analyzes the legislative process (Bill) and the differences with the bill sent by the Government to the Congress of Deputies. En este trabajo se da cuenta de la regulación establecida en la Ley 12/2015, de 24 de junio para la concesión de la nacionalidad española a los sefardíes originarios de España. Esta primera parte analiza los antecedentes legislativos (Anteproyecto de Ley) y sus diferencias con el Proyecto de Ley remitido por el Gobierno al Congreso de los Diputados
