Factors of Ukrainian attractiveness as tourists sector were considered and described; also the main cooperation markets of international tourism and some type of such kind of relationships were defined. A lot of selection criteria of target tourists markets within the tourists cooperation were developed.<br>В статье рассмотрены и охарактеризованы факторы привлекательности Украины как туристического направления, определены основные рынки сотрудничества международного туризма и характер таких взаимоотношений, а также разработаны критерии выбора приоритетных регионов и отдельных стран в рамках сотрудничества в сфере туризма.
