In patients with uterine myoma high risk of premature interruption of pregnancy is primarily due to placental insufficiency - it is especially true for women with submucosal growth nodes. In the presence of submucous node removal of the dead cells of the ovum may be complicated by difficulties in emptying the uterus, uterine contractility in violation of postabortion period, as well as the patient requires referral to the second stage of treatment in the amount of hysterectomoscopic, laparoscopic myomectomy or laparotomic. In this case report, we present an example of the treatment of patients with non-developing pregnancy with submucous uterine fibroids by simultaneously performing vacuum aspiration with hysteroresectoscopy.https://gynecology.orscience.ru/2079-5831/article/viewFile/28574/pdfdeveloping pregnancyuterine submucosal fibroidshysteroresectoscopysimultaneous operations
