The article presents a bibliographic review of a series of pointers, prepared by Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, revealing the multiplesided aspects of its activity for a hundred years (1918-2018). Peculiarity and value of these pointers - is that they include not only the works of the Library staff, but also works of the other authors, touching upon the history of this unique institution, cover theoretical and methodological problems of library science, librarianship, bibliography science, bibliography, archival science, document science and information activities. The article also reflects works, published on the materials of the unique funds of the Library. By the 100th Anniversary of the Library, the Department of National Bibliography prepared Pointer «Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine (2004-2018)», which chronologically continues similar previous editions. Its electronic version is available on the NBUV website (www.nbuv.gov.ua). Materials of the analyzed pointers allow reader to trace the 100-year history of the formation and development of the Library, to evaluate scientific achievements of its employees in the field of library business, and eventually, to take advantage of this achievement in practice.
