| Summary: | “authenticity” is one of basic meanings in existential approach. In this research noticed to the necessary of his meaning especially in mental health. And then studied the definition and different perspectives of authenticity in existential therapy according to different existential scientists. Then searched the key words of sly, Preacher, Sufi, austere, sheikh and so on it with using the software of the complete works of Hafez and extracted the lyric poems. The meaning of authenticity and sly were selected By the researcher in complete works of Hafez. At the end cleared that the similarities and differences between two words “authenticity” from existential view and “sly” from Hafez view.
