Summary: | Actuality. The article is devoted to problem aspects of management and management-education. The urgency in the article is conditioned by the fact that at the moment management pays special attention, as the main factor of productive activity of enterprises. Accordingly, the concept of training managers in modern conditions requires some changes. Purpose and methods. The aim of this article is to carry out a thorough theoretical analysis, systematization and synthesis of scientific provisions on management and management education with a view to revealing the laws of their origin, development and application in the real sector of the economy. An aspect approach to the study of management problems identified a number of methods of scientific analysis, including: the method of analysis and synthesis, historical, analytical, situational, comparative methods. Results. Analyzed and deepened theoretical views on well-known positions of essential characteristics of categories of general and socio-cultural management; new principles of management of socio-cultural activity are singled out; a modified system of managerial competences for socio-cultural activities. Conclusions and discussion. The specificity of foreign experience in the meteorologist’s activity must be adapted creatively to domestic conditions, drawing on already existing and generalized data on the theory and practice of management in countries with market economies and on their own empirical results. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in generalization of scientific representations concerning the prerequisites for the effectiveness of training managers based on the foreign experience generalization, which allows transforming the best educational practices and practical requests in the socio-cultural business environment in the formation of the strategy. The practical significance of the article is that the theoretical positions of the study have been brought to the level of specific methods and recommendations. |
