This work presents an exercise of modelization for the analysis and intervention in complex social systems, and propose a series of general elements of study for the field of management, considering and incorporating the idea of the complexity as paradigm of thought and as organizational reality. The resulting model is constituted by four dimensions that articulated give a global vision of the social organizations as management study/intervention object. Strategic dimension, from whose logic the phenomena that emerge from the relation average / aims, in the configuration of interaction mechanisms can be seen, that allow the organization to face the uncertainty of the surroundings. The dimension of the ordering, that shows to the disposition and interrelation of the different actors, the forms as they assume his rolls in the search of the established aims. The third dimension presents/displays the behavior of the organization in its different levels, introduces the complexity of the human-organizacional. The fourth dimension approaches the phenomenon from a dynamic perspective and it is centered in the processes that take place inside the organization. Finally, one is to the interaction of the organization with the variables macro and micro - environmental.
