Parameters recorded in this experiment were digestibility organic matter and digestibility dry matter, concentration VFA and NH3. Results of the experiment showed that digestibility dry material ranges between 70,65±0,97%, digestibility organic material 69,20±1,20%, NH3 22,63±1,05 mM and VFA 193,67±0,54 mM. The conclusion of this research is processing calliandra to be wafer feed supplements by 30 percent able to increase digestibility of dry material and organic matter, NH3 concentration and VFA with in vitro analysis.
