Description
Summary:Our sample numbered 46 participants, elementary school children, aged 13 ± 6 months, selected from a population of young judoists from Pale. The aim of the research was to determine the effects of an experimental program of motor strength on the adaptive processes of functional abilities and coordination of selected judoists. The results of the of the canonical discriminant analysis showed that by using an experimental program of motor strength consisting of 24 classes eventually led to a statistically significant increase in the level of functional abilities and coordination of the participants.
