Research and personnel training in higher education institutions concerning UAV range of problems are supposed to be conducted within UAV perspective. Considering cross-disciplinary nature of such activities it must be developed and executed at «above-faculty» (even taking into account all the accumulated university resources that will allow to train UAV operators and developers at a high level requiring to adopt advanced technologies to design, provide information and operate UAV.
