Aim. Pperform a comparative analysis of the content of markers of bone metabolism in the oral fluid in pregnant women without dental pathology and complications of the gestational period in comparison with healthy donors in the dynamics of the gestational period.Material and Methods. 31 pregnant women (clinical group) were examined. The control group consisted of 32 non-pregnant women. In the oral fluid and serum, the level of activity of alkaline phosphatase (AP), the content of osteoprotegerin (OPG) and receptors for the ligand of the nuclear factor kappa-B (sRANKL) was determined by an enzyme immunoassay.Results. The index evaluation of the hygienic state of the oral cavity, periodontal conditions, confirmed the absence of inflammatory changes and dental pathology in patients of the clinical group. In pregnant women with a physiologically pregnant pregnancy, OPG, AP (markers of restriction of osteoresorption) accumulated to the third trimester both systemically and in biological fluids of the oral cavity.Conclusion. The content of sRANKL during the gestational period in the oral fluid did not change. The study of the content of OPG and AP in the oral fluid in pregnant women is informative, reflecting the osteosynthetic processes of bone metabolism in the alveolar processes.
