In this sense, based on interviews that Pina gave all over her life, we discuss what she understood as dance, taking it in the sense of a language and its possibilities and trying to sustain the interpretation that Pina Bausch’s Tanztheater does an enlargement of certain boundaries that even in contemporary dance are conceptually rigid.
