Reception high-quality mechanical rubber goods is impossible for production without application not only modern high-efficiency technological and auxiliaries, and automated management systems technological process. This problem has special value at rubber coating of metal cord and receptions tape rubber-cord the preparations intended for drawing up of preparations of tyres on assembly drums. One of operation problems the process equipment for rubber processing , in particular worm cars, is its maintenance fast and safe from the point of view of working capacity of the equipment of an exit on operating conditions after the compelled stop (elimination of breakage of elements of the equipment, transition to other party of rubber raw materials, etc.). During a mode “Repeated start-up” after a stop the filled rubber mix of the worm car, the exit poor-quality or even rejected production is possible. And for this reason the problem of working out of a corresponding control system by worm car becomes the extremely necessary. Thus, if the problem of initial start-up of the screw machine which working channel is free from a rubber mix, is considered in detail enough to a problem of maintenance of an effective mode of repeated start-up of the screw machine which working channel is filled by a rubber mix, attention it was not taken away almost. In article and protection of the screw machine the automated control system is developed for manufacturing of preparations of onboard rings in manufacture of pneumatic tyres both during operating conditions of work of the car, and during its repeated start-up. The action principle extrusion unit VA90 for rubber coating of metal cord, its function chart of automation and the scheme of regulation of frequency of the reference of a screw is in detail considered. System effectiveness with the Pi-regulator is approved in the conditions of operating manufacture, in particular on the of “Rosava” factory which specializes on manufacturing of pneumatic automobile tyres of the wide nomenclature.
