Summary:The presence nephroliths in dogs is a finding of only 5% of the reported uroliths in this species. This report describes a dog, the Miniature Schnauzer breed, seven-years-old, weighing 9.0 kg, with a history of hematuria and pollakiuria now for six days and spewing white stones and sharp in the urine. After imaging, was diagnosed bladder urolithiasis and nephrolithiasis, hydronephrosis early. The animal underwent cystotomy and nefrotomia and which were effective for the resolution of the case. The Use of cyanoacrylate showed efficacy how alternative synthesis of the kidney with hydronephrosis.
