Description
Summary:In Argentina, since December 2015 and in the postkirchnerista scenario, there have been massive dismissals of state employees throughout the country, this shows a growing conflict that in the discursive practices positions the public employee facing officials, media and sectors of society in The use of terms that link and identify negatively both "militancy" and "state worker." Faced with this use, the strategy of recovery and resignification of the organizations of state workers is a form of resistance and is done from the key of identity as a working class to rebuild the militant dimension and reject the biased look that positions them in a zone of suspicion and rejection. "We are not gnocchi, we are workers" is the response of the guilds and spontaneous associations of dismissed employees in this new conflict and confrontation scenario. In the scenario of conflict between the workers and Cambiemos, this strategy of stigmatization marks a new stage of the attempt to close the militancy in the field of public and state and against which unions like ATE (State Workers Association) in Argentina, develop micro-strategies of discursive resistance.
