Ultrastructural changes of bone marrow cells exposed for xenogenous cerebrospinal fluid
Due to the scientifical investigations xenogenous cerebrospinal fluid was considered as possible substance for theproduction of powerful adaptogen of biological origin. One of the representative research in these field demonstrates morphologicaland functional changes of bone marrow as the central he...

One of the representative research in these field demonstrates morphologicaland functional changes of bone marrow as the central hemopoetic and immune organ. The article shows the ultramicroscopicchanges of bone marrow cells after the xenogenous cerebrospinal fluid exposure in Vistar rats of differentage. It was revealed the activation of synthetic processes in bone marrow cells of the first three age groups and exhaustion ofactivating mechanisms in the fourth age group, that was manifested in swelling and destruction of mytochondria, vacuolisationof cytoplasm, invagination of caryolemma.http://www.morphology.dp.ua/_pub/MORPHO-2010-04-04/10slrksz.pdfbone marrowcerebrospinal fluidexperimental anatomy |
