In this material, are defined by scientific and practical aspects in the creation of criminal science and practice in accordance with the present understanding to fight against crime. Here is the thorough analysis of the relation between theoretical and practical criminalistics. Significant impact and contribution to the scientific and practical verification constitution gives crime criminalistics education and training, which is also the subject of this work. It is in comparative terms of comparisons made criminal tendencies, and the interdependence of knowledge that is formed and organized study of criminalistics learning, in relation to the neučenje and the lack of any, basic knowledge of criminalistics. Bearer of criminal knowledge and practical application of the kriminalista, which basically is a professional person in criminal theory and practice apply, develop, promote, protect and affirm criminal profession. In contrast, there is so called criminalistics, which produces very different aspects of theoretical thinking and practical work and application of so called criminalistics in practice.
