It is intended to explore the issues that permeate the subject, making it possible to deepen the theoretical and legal discussions. There are authors who defend the families’ rightof choice, and others who warn against the risk of children not receiving formal education. Three families were interviewed, who carry out homeschooling for religious and health reasons. It is concluded that the manifestation of the Judiciary and the Legislative is necessary for this confusionto be solved, since families defend the possibility of choosing the education given to their children, while the State advocatescompulsory schooling.https://www.revistas2.uepg.br/index.php/praxiseducativa/article/view/14770/209209213006homeschooling.school.religion. |
