Here we describe a rare case of the polymicrobial right parietal brain abscess, especially associated with Actinomyces in a 59-year-old male who presented with acute onset of left-sided weakness and altered mental status. The patient underwent surgical treatment (burrhole aspiration) and antibiotics with good improvement.
