Summary:Gloss to the resolution of the Supreme Court of 14 October 2015 of file ref. no. I KZP 7/15. Main problem of a gloss is the possibility of recognition for the „crime against humanity” and, as a result – the exclusion of the limitation period, of an offense that does not meet the statutory conditions laid down in art. 118a § 2 pt. 2 Polish Penal Code. Second problem is relations between the incompatibility of a ratified international agreement and criminal law.
