The morphological structure of carcasses of cross broilers «Smena-7»
Broiler chickens of cross the «Smena-7» have a high rate of growth. The average daily live weight gain per 42-day period was 51.15 g. The relative weight of carcass muscles increases to 33 days of life, and then gradually decreases.
