The article presents the methodical approach to an estimation of professionalism of the employee from the position as the external manifestations of the reliability and effectiveness of the work and the position of the personal characteristics of the employee, determining the results of his work. This approach includes the assessment of the level of qualification and motivation of the employee for each key job functions as well as the final results of its implementation on the criteria of efficiency and reliability.
