| Summary: | he method of the analysis of scientific works by scientists and researchers was used and analysis and comparison of data containing statistical information was made. A detailed analysis of the legislative changes that have occurred in the investment business was also carried out.
According to the results of the study it can be argued that changes in the legislation stimulate investment flows and the Ukrainian market in certain sectors of the economy because the benefits offered by the government are loyal enough to get started in the priority sectors.
The current state of investment flows is analyzed. A comparative analysis of investment flows in Ukraine in the past and present was made. The changes in the legal framework that regulate investment in priority industries were studied in detail. Accordingly a comprehensive analysis of changes in investment was conducted.
The obtained results make it possible to analyze and examine changes in investment activities in priority sectors and apply this research to practice. The legislative changes are offered to use in order to increase investment flows in Ukraine and get more profits for investors and consequently improve the investment climate in Ukraine. |
