The paper shows the simulation of new ways of working with the education in the field of cultural and educational environment of the region and within the same educational institution. Therefore, the basic idea of our research is the idea of Academy of Postgraduate Education, which is presented in the meaning of «structure ­ the attractor». In the development of the model of Academy of Postgraduate Education the author includes all current approaches to the reform of postgraduate education, which are developed in the concept of humanitarian systems: the logical and epistemological (and others), humanities and axiological (et al.) and its own ­ local ­ in terms of scientific activities on the basis of socio­cultural paradigm. In the model «academy ­ attractor» the criteria of performance evaluation is changing as well as the ideas about the result: it is not a digital zoom «flow» of students in the educational activity, not a simple accumulation of scientific and methodological knowledge in the form of books and publications of all kinds; the main result of the academy is whether it has lost or hasn’t  lost its « attractive « functions in the education space; whether the system of educational processes, initiated and supported by the Academy, is developing or rolling back.https://grani.org.ua/index.php/journal/article/view/560післядипломна педагогічна освітаструктура­аттракторакадеміяінноваціяпроективністьпарадигма
