This article summarises the current state of the software and services industry and the challenges faced by its major players, especially those headquartered in India but with a substantial global presence. It then presents an interview with S. D. Shibulal, Co-founder, CEO & Managing Director of Infosys, one of the most successful and widely celebrated Indian companies. Mr. Shibulal elaborates on the company's ability to sustain its founding values and strategic direction during a period of change and adaptation.
