It was discovered in the courtyard of a house used as a store for the sale of beverages from the end of the 19th century until the middle of the 20th century. Industrial materials such as earthenware, glass, ceramics, metal and archaeofaunal remains were recovered in the fieldwork. From the technological, morphological and functional analysis performed on the earthenware, the presence of the whiteware and pearlware types was identified, as well as different decorative variants. According to the seals and brands, the material co-mes mainly from Holland, France and England. This allowed us to observe, in the framework of a process of modernization of the rural world, new food and consumption patterns of the Bahian society from the second half of the 19th century.https://plarci.org/index.php/lazarandadeideas/article/view/726/890earthenwarehistorical archaeologygarbage pitbahía blanca19th century
