Methods: 56 cases of patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction who received PCI treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2016 were selected as research subjects, and according to different drug treatment after PCI, all included patients were divided into observation group 24 cases and control group 32 cases. Control group received conventional treatment, observation group received recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rh-BNP) treatment, and then RAS system activity, endothelial function and cardiac function indicator values of two groups were detected after operation. Results: NE, RA, AngⅡ and ALD values of observation group after PCI were lower than those of control group; LVEF value of observation group after PCI was higher than that of control group while PCWP, LVEDVI, LVESVI and LVWMSI values were lower than those of control group; FMD, blood flow increase rate and NO values of observation group 2 weeks after operation were higher than those of control group while ET-1 value was lower than that of control group. Conclusion: rh-BNP application after PCI in patients with acute anterior myocardial infarction can significantly optimize patients’ RAS system activity and endothelial function, improve cardiac function and ultimately improve treatment outcome.http://www.hnykdxxb.com/PDF/201614/4.pdfAcute anterior myocardial infarctionPCIrh-BNP |
