The most frequent signs of endocrineorgan involvement are adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH) production-dependent Cushing’s syndrome, acromegalyand thyroid and testicular tumors. Surgery isthe only treatment modality of the cardiac myxomas. Theother tumoral formations in the syndrome require differenttreatment modalities according to the localization, size and clinical status of the secreted hormones. A thirtyeight years old female patient was presented to generalsurgery outpatient clinic with complaints of fatigue, palpitations, weight gain, chest pigmentation and on her physicalexamination left breast mass was detected. The massbiopsy was reported as fibroelastoma. The patient wasconsulted to the cardiology clinic due to palpitation complaintand echocardiography revealed a mobile 40 x50mm sized mass inside the left atrium. Tumor resectionwas performed with cardiopulmonary bypass. Patient wasdischarged at the postoperative 5th day. The histopathologicalexamination of the mass was reported as myxoma.Key words: Carney Syndrome, fibroelastoma, myxomahttp://www.diclemedj.org/upload/sayi/3/Dicle%20Med%20J-01219.pdfCarney Syndromefibroelastomamyxoma
