With over one billion Muslims in this world, several calls were raised in the Islamic countries to establish a law suitable to handle computer crimes which matches the Islamic Shar'iah law. In this research, we have analyzed the 'Adellah' (الأدلة) (Shar'iah Evidences of Quran, Hadith and Imams sayings) to verify the outlook of Islam in computer crime.
