The research was designed into 2 phases. Phase 1 was to study the current situations of the student’s undesired behaviors of students. Phase 2 was to develop the guidelines to prevent and solve the student’s undesired behaviors. Samples in phrase 1 were the administrators and teachers of 250 with random sampling by simple random sampling, phase 2 were the administrators and teachers of 20 from 10 best practices schools in prevention and solving the student’s undesired behaviors. The research instruments were the questionnaire with 5 rating scale and interview form and the appropriate evaluation form. The data were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation. 1. The current situations of undesired behaviors in expansion schools under the Office of Udon thani Primary Educational Service Area 4 as the whole were at the high level and 2 behaviors were at the highest level as skipping class behavior and telephone addiction behavior, 2 behaviors were high level as aggressive behavior and sexual behavior, others behaviors were at the moderate level as drug addiction, gambling, theft, lolling a lie, and lavish behaviors. 2. The guidelines to prevent and solving undesired behaviors of students were as follow: 1) school should follow up continuously the students’ risk behaviors by using the students care and support system, 2) moral and ethics training, 3) teachers as the role models 4) field trip at the prison and drug addicts rehabilitation center 5) activities management for enhancing students’ self-esteem 6) providing the chance for students to perform their capacities in the various events 7) varieties of learning management base on students individual difference 8) building the network with parents, religion organizations and others 9) parental involvement 10) avoid the words that created the weak point to the students,and 11) promoting the students try to do the new action under the acceptable boundaries.
