In this study, post-graduate theses carried out between 2005 and 2010 in the field of Primary Teacher Education their types, when they are carried out, research models, data collection instruments, target groups, conclusions and suggestions and appendix and references were examined. The aim is to reveal the competence and power of thesis prepared in the field of Primary Teacher Education on doing tasks expected from them. The working group of this research consists of the master's and doctoral theses in the Department of Primary Teacher Education. The research was designed as survey model and data were collected through document analysis. With this thesis research, it is concluded that post graduate students have a number of trouble in problem status, importance of research, conclusions and recommendations sections.
