Summary:A performance sport is an activity which forces physical and mental limits of the possibilities of professional athlete, the performance is the result of three basic components, namely organic, psychological and social.Biological component consists of the equipping somatic physiological and gymnast, the psychological means personality with aspirational notes, will power, self-checking, creativity, ideals, and the social is linked to the education, culture and interhuman relationships. In addition to solving questions of order of psychic athlete, preparing psychological influences the yield, creating conditions required to use the most of natural resources.Sociometric test is considered as main instrument and the point of departure of the knowledge of various aspects of the process of interaction that occurs as a collective, offering only raw material in connection with the professional athlete and relational aspects of the group as a whole.The purpose of research is represented by the identification interpersonal relations team sports games, as well as the possibilities in the improvement of their capacity in order to increase performance in general and in particular of the handball boys team Stiinta Municipal Bacau. At the inclusion in the sample of subjects, they were aged between 19 and 34 years of age and a seniority in practicing sport performance from 6 to 10 years. A conclusion that we can detach from the situation presented, it would be that even though they are players of basic team, it would seem that, in key moments of the game, the preferences of collaboration between them do not coincide with team composition in the same situations, that may cause negative effects in the course of carrying out the game and, by default, in attaining the desired results.
