Orobchuk Dariia. Social role, communicative, structural and semantic features of medical institutional discourse. The article describes the main aspects of study of medical communication, defines the place of medical discourse in the system of institutional communication and determines the role of discursive competence in medical professional communication. Perspective areas of the research are outlined, different samples of professional medical discourse and its intentions are distinguished, the analysis of the results of related studies is made. Cet article décrit les principales orientations de l'étude de la communication médicale, on a défini le rôle du discours médical dans le système du disours institutionnel. On a déterminé les avantages de la compétence communicative du phisicien dans le processus de la communication. On a établi les orientations de l'étude de ce problème . On a mis en relief les types du discours médical progressif et ses concepts. On a accomli l’analyse des résultats adjecents. СОЦИАЛЬНО-РОЛЕВЫЕ, КОММУНИКАТИВНЫЕ И СТРУКТУРНО-СЕМАНТИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ МЕДИЦИНСКОГО ИНСТИТУЦИОННОГО ДИСКУРСА. В статье описаны основные направления изучения медицинской коммуникации, определено место медицинского дискурса в системе институциональной коммуникации, обоснована роль дискурсивной компетенции медика в процессе профессионального общения, выделены разновидности профессионального медицинского дискурса и его интенции, осуществлен анализ результатов смежных исследований. В статье также очерчены перспективные направления исследования данной проблемы. Ключевые слова: дискурс, медицинский дискурс, дискурсивная компетенция, стратегия, тактика, суггестия.
