The Research method was descriptive. Correlation and Statistical population included all the manager and employees of East Azarbaijan Province Payame Noor University using random cluster sampling; the researcher has picked up 80 employees and 20 managers as the statistical sample. To gather the data, two standard questionnaires (Bar-on’s emotional intelligence and spreitzers empowerment) were used. Using the software of SPSS and through multiple regression analysis, independent T-Test, single-sample t and the analyses of variance, the research led to the following results: There was Very effective and high correlation between emotional intelligence of managers and empowerment of man power.
