To collect the data, open-ended questions were used prepared by researchers. Participants were selected according to their seniorities, genders, and graduate levels. To analyse the data descriptive analysis method were used. The results obtained from this study show that, primary school teachers use five methods on average in science and technology class and most of them prefer the methods of experiment, instruction, and question-answer. In addition, when choosing the methods, permanence of learning feature is sought. Although the teachears want to use experiment method, they are not able to use it and also some other methods can not be used due to the lack of primary schools’ physical facilities.
