In response to the pandemic, faculty members have quickly transitioned much of the medical curriculum to a virtual format. Clerks who are assigned to clinical rotations have faced significant interruption in their clinical activities. It is imperative that the academic community learns from this pandemic and prioritizes a forward-thinking and scholarly approach that embraces practical solutions.
