To do so the study, in addition to reviewing the available theories about the organizational communication, commitment and the characteristics of effective communication, has investigated the effect of managers’ communicational skill in the organization. The research methodology was descriptive survey. The statistical population was all the employees in Tehran rahboard software which included 46 manager and 450 employee.Throught simple random sampling the statistical sample was 300 people.
