Therefore, this study aimed to determine trsust of patients to hospital services after implementation of the health Transformation plan (HTP). Methods: A cross -sectional study carried out at Zahedan University of Medical Sciences (ZAUMS) in 2019. Study population consist of all patients who referred to the nine hospitals in Zahedan. About 535 participants were selected by a multi-stage cluster sampling method. Data was collected using a standard questionnaire. Results: Most patients were female (51/5 %). The mean trust score in all hospitals was 56.5(18.7) (low confident). A non-university hospital had the highest trust mean score (84.04). Also, the lowest trust score belonged to a-none university hospital  (49.740. Service quality dimension and trust to specialty of physician had the highest and the lowest score, respectively (14.8 and 4.8). Conclusion: Patients had low trust to hospitals.
