An Interesting Case of “Pituitary Macroadenoma” That Resolved with Levothyroxine Therapy
Abstract This is a rare case of asymptomatic severe primary hypothyroidism presenting for the first time as a pituitary macroadenoma to the neurosurgical team, which resolved after treatment with levothyroxine (T4) without the need for surgery.
