European Heart Failure Self-care behavior questionnaire used to collect data. Results: We found that 74 % of the participants had moderate and low scores of self-care behaviors. The self care behavior had a significant correlation with all variables studied.Conclusion: It seems that there is need for systematic self-care educational programs for patients with heart failure.http://payeshjournal.ir/article-1-598-en.htmlself care behaviorsheart failurenurse
