It takes as theoretical reference the ADC’s understanding of discourse as a moment of social practices, dialectically interconnected with other elements. Besides ADC, this study seeks to develop a dialogue with transdisciplinary research historical context in which it was gestated our current Constitution, the Constitutional Law and the General Theory of the State, especially when it comes to social and legal constitutions value in contemporary. For the operationalization of the analysis just outlined, we take as an instance discursive analysis the 1988 Federal Constitution, legislation that opens the normative rule of Brazilian law, as well as we adopt by reference the discussion that Fairclough (2003) does about the notion of actional meaning and the analytical category generic structure.http://www.gragoata.uff.br/index.php/gragoata/article/view/65Análise de Discurso Crítica, significado acional, estrutura genérica, Constituição Federal
