Summary:Brucellosis and tuberculosis are endemic disease in Turkey. Hence the clinical and laboratory findings are frequently similar, pericarditis caused by brucellosis and tuberculosis may be confused. In this case, pericarditis due to brucellosis and tuberculosis co-infection has been reported. This report emphasizes the co-infection possibility of brucellosis and tuberculosis in endemic countries.
