New problems and calls which appeared before modern higher education in ХХІ century isn’t possible to overcome old methods, remaining within the framework of the system, method and technologies of traditional studies, without application of modern information technologies in this industry. Only application of modern information technologies in higher education gives the real possibilities of decision of problems and calls which appeared before modern higher education, and output of it, from a crisis and subsequent successful development in ХХІ century.<br>Новые проблемы и вызовы, которые появились перед современным высшим образованием в ХХІ веке, невозможно преодолеть старыми методами, оставаясь в рамках системы, методики и технологий традиционной учебы, без применения современных информационных технологий в этой отрасли. Лишь применение современных информационных технологий в высшем образовании предоставляет реальные возможности решения проблем и вызовов, которые появились перед современным высшим образованием, и выхода ее из кризиса, а также последующего успешного развития в ХХІ веке.
