Summary: | Among the various categories of young asking question to public action because of their violent behaviour, the said " incasables " in child protection services have a special place. The violent behaviour of these youngnsters does not fit into a clearly recognizable crime career and they do not recover either to the psychic care. Among other behaviors (running away, relational troubles), the violence of these young people appoints them as users difficult to socialize or to re-socialize. In this article, we suggest to modify the vision of these young people by analyzing with through their violent behaviour the course in child protection services of five of them. We will show that this violence, far from marking a position of resistance or exteriority of these young people with regard to the special education action, is rather the signs of course of socialization "under stretch". In other words, this violence reveals that, on one hand, these young people come from families where they have difficulty in finding a place, while they hardly take distance and, on the other hand, they are already "taken"in the socialization course opened by their foster care while having difficulty in making their own place in it. We shall thus read the violence of these young people as the sign of a paradoxical opening which leaves them in tension between two "worlds": their family and the world of the child protection services. A tension these youngsters succeed to escape only when they build their own world by widening and strengthening a zone of autonomy.
