IgG4‐related disease mimicking renal pelvis tumor with peritoneal carcinomatosis
Abstract IgG4‐RD may rarely present as a retroperitoneal fibrosis, mimicking carcinomatosis. Clinicians should consider this disease when encountering an idiopathic peritoneal and retroperitoneal fibrosis with renal involvement and hydronephrosis.
