The total number of students was 136 persons aged 17–18 years, of which 107 girls and 29 boys. We used methods of theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodical literature, conducted testing of motor abilities of students to determine their level of physical preparedness; found the average test results. Results: found that the most physically fit at the time of study, students (boys and girls) 2nd year of Kiev National University of Culture and Arts, level of physical preparedness of students of 1st year is sufficient and appropriate assessment "satisfactory". Defined low level in terms of strength training at students and students of 1st course.
