Thus, this paper aims to present a systematic evaluation of learning based on managerial process functions: planning, organization, directing and control. It consist of ten steps: definition of knowledge to be evaluate; definition of skills to be evaluate; choosing of test framework; writing of questions; definition of test solution norms; evaluation pre-test; testing; organization of data; evaluation of results; and analyzing the causes of failure and replanning.
