<p>It is investigated an influence of administrative and legal factors of customs clearance when moving goods across customs borders for repair of marine ships in Ukraine. It is studied the existing regulatory base of legal acts governing order implementation of the customs procedures in the supply completing and spare parts for the shipbuilding industry. It is proposed an application of the customs regime of temporary import for goods to these groups, and, if necessary, use loyalty measures with the aim of ensuring timely production</p>
