Summary:Background and Objective: According to the important role of nurses in the community, identifying the factors affecting on their work, personal and marital life and don the preventive actions in this regard seems to be necessary. Therefore, , Considering the necessity of improving of nurses' life, the aim of this study was to determine the effect of cognitive rehabilitation on social well-being, quality of life and marital satisfaction of nurses. Methods: In this Quasi-experimental study, 40 male and female nurses were selected from intensive care wards of the hospital in Qom, 2015  were selected by convenience sampling method and then randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. To collect data, the ENRICH Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (1993), Keyes Social Welfare questionnaire (2004) and quality of life questionnaire (1989) was used. Also, for the analysis of data spss 21 software and multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was used. Results: The results showed that cognitive rehabilitation is significantly effective on improving the social well-being variables, quality of life and marital satisfaction of nurses (p<0/001). Conclusion: Generally, It can be concluded that by providing cognitive rehabilitation and contribute to the better functioning of executive processes, Can be help to increase the well-being and improve the quality of life and marital relationships of nurses.
