Description
Summary:The aim of research – to study and compare the cells’ structure of infiltration around polypropylene material in different time and to compare the results of immunohistochemical parameters in around implant and intact tissue of experimental animals in 12 months after implantation. Material and methods. It have been done morphometry in 14 days, 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 months and immunohistochemical examination markers CD3, CD8, CD20, CD38, CD68 in 12 months the tissue around polypropylene material after implantation by 35 laboratory rats. Conclusion. Regardless of polypropylene’s bioinertness, the implantation this material causes inflammation in tissue, which persists in 12 months in lymphocytes and leucocytes reaction and the plasma cells’ high level, response for induction stage of humoral immunity.
